Meal Prep Workshops turn meal prep into a social learning experience where you enjoy the company of your friends all while participating in a cooking class where we create 3-5 nutritious and delicious meals and snacks to stock your fridge or freezer and learn how to meal prep efficiently with healthy non-processed ingredients.
Personal Chef Sabine specializes in clean, allergen free meals along with other restrictive/special diets. She is talented at being able to revise and recreate almost any recipes to fit her clients tastes and dietary needs!!
Working with Sabine has literally changed my life!! I am a working mom with a demanding job and two young children. I care very much about the quality of food my family eats but struggle to find the time it takes to shop for and prepare healthy meals. Before Sabine I was shopping and cooking late at night or all weekend which was taking time away from my family. Now Sabine comes once a week and leaves our fridge filled with healthy, clean meals that my husband and I enjoy and the kids gobble up! She is a wiz at “hiding” veggies in my boys’ meals and creating low fat, delicious options that help keep me and my husband’s weight in check. I honestly can’t say enough about her skill in the kitchen, her passion for nutrition and the balance she has brought to my every day. She is AMAZING!!
