Chef Sabine will work with you to customize a plan if you do not see one below that suits your needs. The Meal Planning Service and the Full Meal Service plans are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
*Full Meal Service: (planning, shopping, and prep/cooking of food)
This plan is a major time saver and is perfect for busy families that desire nutritious meals but have no time to plan, shop or cook.
Chef Sabine will plan healthy meals based on your responses to the food questionnaire. On the selected cook date, she will shop for the freshest ingredients and prepare the meals in your home. When you arrive home, you will find a refrigerator full of 3 to 5 fully prepared meals complete with heating/ reheating instructions.
(Each meal = 1 entree and 1 side)
1 Person One Week
5 meals $185 + groceries *Additional $25 service fee will apply for
special diets to cover extra planning/shopping
2 -3People One Week
3 meals $175 + groceries
4 meals $200 + groceries *Service fee and grocery deposit are due
5 meals $225 + groceries one week in advance of the cook date.
Any overpayment will be credited toward the
4 -5People One Week next cookdate service fee. Payment may be

This time-saving plan is great for busy families that are on a budget that desire to cook nutritious meals but don't have the time to plan and shop.
Chef Sabine will plan healthy, easy-to-make meals based on your responses to the food questionnaire. Then, on the date selected, she will shop for and deliver the groceries. When you arrive home, you will find a refrigerator full of fresh ingredients, a stocked pantry and a set of recipes for that week's entrees. All that is left to do is prepare the meals according to the recipes and enjoy them with your family.

*Meal Planning 101 (Training for the Home Cook)
This service is perfect for the home cook looking for tips and tricks on organizing healthy, budget-friendly meals for his/her family. After the 3 hour session, you will be armed with the tools to plan, shop and cook weekly meals for your family. Follow-up sessions are available as needed.
1 In-Home Session (3 hours) - $155
During the 3 hours with Chef Sabine, you will:
- work together to reorganizing your pantry
- learn how to organize 2 weeks worth of meals (includes recipes)
- create organized grocery lists that save you time and money
- discover tips on how to make some of your favorite meals more healthy
- practice how to prepare ingredients and meals more efficiently
*Trip to the grocery store with Chef Sabine is available for $50/hour
1 "Follow-up" Session In-Home (1 hour) - $55
- includes 2 week's worth of meal ideas
- opportunity to answer questions and provide further guidance
with how to prepare/cook meals
- revise grocery list template to fit client's needs

If you are interested in hosting a small cocktail party or an intimate dinner party prepared by Sabine's Cuisine, please call or email me and we will discuss your event in detail. Since no two events are alike, it is difficult to provide standard pricing. Once we prepare a menu, you will receive a written quote, which will vary only as the menu or guest count changes.
