1.  Contact me via email or phone to set-up your free consultation. 

          When I arrive at your home I will explain my services, discuss menu

      and pricing options,  and answer any questions you may have.  We will also fill

      out a food questionnaire so I have a thorough understanding of your food

      preferences. This will take about 30 minutes.  Together we will decide 

      which service suits your current situation, Planning Service or Full Service.

2. I create a menu based on the food questionnaire or you can submit 

    a menu request. 

           A few days before your "shop" or "cook" date, we finalize the menu together over

      the phone or via email.  

3. On your "shop" or "cook date", I take care of it all. 

    "Shop" Date:  I shop for the ingredients for your weekly meals and also pick up

      any additional items you may need (i.e. milk, eggs, bread, etc.).  Then I deliver

      the groceries to your home and unload all of the items into the refrigerator and

      pantry.  I will also leave a set of easy-to-follow recipes for the week's meals.

    "Cook" Date: First I do the grocery shopping.  Then, I bring all the ingredients 

      and cooking equipment to your house where I prepare the meals, 

     *package them according to your specifications, and clean-up^ the kitchen before

      I leave.

              *All packaged meals will have detailed instructions for cooking or reheating.
